My partner and I came for brunch one day and were pleasantly surprised by Banksia. He ordered the ricotta cakes and I had the egg sandwich on a biscuit plus a orange-mango mimosa. While we waited for our food we enjoyed looking the place over. It has many small but welcoming touches that made us really like the place, so we are excited to get our food. Our food was brought to our table and we both really enjoyed everything. I tried my partner's ricotta cakes, but wasn't a fan. He loved them, though. My meal looked pretty small and I wasn't sure it was going to fill me up, but it was amazing. It was just a simple egg, cheese, and spinach sandwich on a biscuit, but holy sh*t that biscuit was the best biscuit I've had in my life. Both my partner and I were very satisfied with our meals and we will absolutely be back. On our way out, we also bought several baked goods which we enjoyed later that day.

Quaint, classy, and inviting space. Great indoor and outdoor seating. A delicious menu with B&L, coffee and cocktails. Off the beaten path. Don't miss out on this little gem!

Food was wonderful, the portion sizes were perfect. Had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with bacon - the egg was perfectly runny. Quickly turning into a go-to!

One of my favorite breakfast places in the downtown area but is a little pricey. I go there maybe once a month as a nice weekend treat and everything I've gotten is delicious! They have a ton of delicious pastries and personal savory pies as well as full meals. Their proportions are perfect I think. It's a classy place that I'd recommend for a date or family brunch. They also just started serving cocktails that are worth a try! My favorite dish is the breakfast burrito but the fennel sausage roll is also delicious! If you're in the area and in the mood for a classy brunch, this place is hard to beat!

Saw this restaurant featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, and had to try it. Their meat pies are delicious, as are the sausage rolls. Definitely going back for more!
